The building is divided into two sections in the direction of the depth of the site, and an entrance hall (1st floor) and an indoor terrace (2nd floor) are placed between the two sections as buffer zones. This two-layered space, which is flexible in its use, is a place that connects the separated interior spaces, and also has the function of controlling the lighting and ventilation of the entire dwelling.
