Outline
An outframe is provided on the south side of the building, which is tangential to the road, as an earthquake-resistant element, allowing openings without bracing. This also blocks the line of sight from the outside and ensures a moderate view from the interior. By connecting the frame to the second and third floor rooms, four balconies are created, each with its own garden, maintenance space, and drying area.
