Outline
A land readjustment project is underway, and in the future, a three-story building is expected to be built in the surrounding area. A garden is placed on the east side of the house, and the first-floor hall facing the garden has an opening on the east side that can be pulled in, and an opening on the south side for lighting. The aim was to create a balanced appearance of a house that is not simply Japanese-style or minka-style.
