Outline
The RC structure of the first floor is placed on the slope side of the site with a difference in elevation, and the steel-framed volume is placed on top of it. The second floor of the steel structure is imagined as a single room that extends in a longitudinal direction, making the most of its location to provide a wide view of the city below. The outer wall of the steel-framed part has a metal fabric skin 100mm outside the sheet waterproofing, which is an attempt to create a thermal environment.
