Wooden, partly reinforced concrete + steel construction / Built on a slope with an average slope angle of over 30 degrees, the house is divided into two buildings for two families, and the space between them is used as a common alley. The cross-sectional plan is designed to make the most of the view down the slope and to secure the internal volume of the office space on the first floor. This work was awarded the 23rd Yoshioka Prize (now the Shinkenchiku Prize).
