The plan is a dual plan, with the inner and outer rooms in the center and a "l" shaped corridor around the center of the room. the outer corridor and the inner rooms are separated by fittings, and the degree of opening and closing of the fittings is adjusted to the climate of summer and winter. the floor of the corridor is made of wooden flooring to provide ventilation and lighting to the lower floor.
