Built on a small site with a frontage of 3.8m, the building consists of an RC first floor and wooden second and third floors. On the third floor, two 140 x 38 mm beams are exposed at 303 mm intervals, with Rychee plywood at the top and joists at the bottom to ensure rigidity.
