Considering the cliff of the site next to the west, a concrete wall is raised from the street level to the second floor. The ground floor is a box culvert, and when viewed from the south, it can be seen to be a concrete frame with a b-shaped cross section. the first and second floors are a wood-frame structure, which rests on an RC b.
