Outline
The overall composition is a parallelogram-shaped first floor facing south, with a rectangular second floor along the front road. This displacement of the volumes creates a pilotis on the north side and a terrace on the south side. On the south side, there are openings in the form of folds so that light, wind, and the view of the existing garden can be taken in, but the view from the neighborhood can be avoided. The volume is composed of RC walls, and various functions such as a staircase, a kitchen, a Japanese-style room, a toilet and a bathroom made of wood are installed in this volume.
