The first floor of the RC building is slightly lowered from the street level, and the second and third floors of the wooden building are placed on top of it. On the first floor, large trees are planted around the building, and on the second floor, small trees are planted on the roof garden and terrace. By enclosing the entire building in plantings, it helps to reduce the noise and block the view from the surroundings. Construction completed: August 2002.
