A concrete slanting wall, which serves as an earthen retaining wall and bears the horizontal load, is erected on the developed land, and a steel-framed roof is built over it. The concrete wall is located on the road side, and it is designed to protect privacy, sound insulation and security. On the opposite side of the road, facing the sea, no pillars are exposed, and the view to the sea is maximized. Completed: June 2004.
