COMMEMORATIVE EVENTS OF THE 1300TH ANNIVERSARY OF NARA HEIJO-KYO CAPITAL, MAHOROBA STAGE

Outline
This is a temporary event hall built for the 1300th anniversary of Nara Heijo-kyo Capital. In order to preserve the underground remains, it was required to reduce the weight of the building, and the pillars and beams were constructed by bundling several small-diameter laminated timbers. The rest facilities and food and beverage sales facilities in the exchange plaza around the stage are temporary tents covered with wooden lattices.
