- The plan is to remodel 9 hectares of land in a miscellaneous residential area of Setagaya Karasuyama, formerly a welfare facility for Dai-ichi Mutual Life Insurance Company, into a lush green town that will be open to local residents and provide an affluent multi-generational living environment. Condominiums, student residences, serviced housing for the elderly, local community facilities, professional sports facilities, and a medical mall will be located on the site.
