Outline
Commercial building located in the commercial district of Sapporo, Hokkaido. The outer shell structure consists of a reinforced concrete "foliate structure. The foliate structure also serves as columns and earthquake-resistant walls. The fair-faced concrete is coated with an impregnated coating mixed with mica, which is also used in car paint, to create a three-dimensional effect.
