The center for children and youth is located in Matsubara danchi, Saitama prefecture, and includes a space for creative activities, a music room, a hall, and school children's rooms. It is a reinforced concrete structure with a spatial composition of a series of tilted tunnels that resemble paper cups cut vertically and laid face down.
