This project for the student hall of shizuoka university of science and technology is divided into two parts: renovation of the hall and construction of a new pavilion. the hall ceiling was stripped to maximize the floor height, and brightness was secured by "pillar" lighting. the pavilion is a concrete roof with a sloping elliptical roof over the existing earthen floor.
