- The site was constructed as an annex to the city road bypass shimomichi line, which had been used as a waste soil disposal site. in order to reduce maintenance costs, the topography created by piling up leftover soil was utilized. it also serves as a trial space for people starting a business, a rest area for the surrounding bike path, and a space for bicycle maintenance.
