Outline
The first park-pfi park renovation project in shibuya ward. the park was redeveloped to contribute to the community as a city park. both the designer and the client, tokyu corporation, became the designated administrator, which made it possible to optimize the design for area management and operation. blue bottle coffee is the tenant in the park facility on the right.
