The first floor is occupied by a lab-style kitchen that researches and proposes the possibilities of agriculture and food, the second floor by a company that designs and designs spaces around greenery, the third floor by a company that operates a green community site, and the fourth floor by a company that operates a plant factory business using cutting-edge technology. On the rooftop, companies working on the theme of agriculture and entertainment will operate a shared farm. In the future, Yasuda Real Estate plans to work on a new project to rethink the role of greenery in cities. The offices on each floor have green terraces and catwalks.
