One of the main facilities of upopoi (symbolic space for the coexistence of peoples). it is a place for ainu traditional performing arts such as "ainu traditional dance" and instrumental performances, which are registered as a unesco intangible cultural heritage. the roof shape is a cylinder cut in an elliptical plane with beams of the same curvature.
