EQ HOUSE

Outline
A residential showroom that proposes a "new relationship between mobility and living". It was developed with the aim of creating a house that "grows with the user" by learning the user's behavior through a number of sensors using IoT technology. The 4D-BIM data from the design phase was used not only for the production of the exterior panels, but also for the interim and completion inspections, which were shared with a third-party inspection agency. During construction, the project introduced the latest technology in all stages of design, construction and operation, including worker assistance using AR.
