- A complex facility planned on a 9,400 m2 site adjacent to Aoyama Park. Centered on a central lawn, the facility consists of cafes, shops, and offices (LIFORK) in a renovated logistics warehouse. NTT Urban Development, the owner of the site, is considering further effective utilization of the site in the future, and this facility was planned as a temporary facility to explore the continuity with the surrounding park and the future utilization of the open space as a preliminary step.
