- Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. acquired a 4.6-hectare area on the west side of the King Sky Front in 2014, and developed it as a district with a lively and exchange function. On the right is the RESEARCH GATE BUILDING - TONOMACHI I (RGB-I), and on the left is the RESEARCH GATE BUILDING - TONOMACHI II (RGB-II). In addition to research facilities as tenants, convenience stores, financial institutions, and other functions that support daily life are also located in the building. Kawasaki King Skyfront Tokyu REI Hotel is on the far left.
