- A large plaza space was created to serve as the base and approach to the 100-meter-plus skyscraper that was rebuilt as the headquarters of Avex, Inc. The 9-meter-high large eaves form the entrance to the building. A 5.5m-wide grand staircase leads the eye in the direction of Roppongi. Coworking spaces and studios have been created to encourage collaboration with external parties, and a free address system has been introduced to facilitate internal communication.
