APARTMENTS WITH A SMALL RESTAURANT, "
NAKA ARCHITECTS STUDIO"
- Outline
- This steel-framed (partially reinforced concrete) apartment building consists of five SOHO units, a shared office on the basement floor, and a dining room on the first floor. An alleyway drawn from the front road spirals upward around the shifting, stacked volume to form a terrace and approach to each room. The cafeteria can be used by SOHO residents and shared office tenants for meetings during idle hours, and the design integrates software and hardware.
