- On the site of the former Kakuza theatrical house, this complex includes the revival of the theater, Kakuza Plaza open to the public, restaurants and other shops, a talent school run by Shochiku Performing Arts, and the company's Osaka head office. A portion of the privately owned land facing the bustling Dotonbori shopping street will be turned into a public space, Kakuza Plaza, to create a place where people can gather and activities can take place.
