MAKOTO TANIJIRI / SUPPOSE DESIGN OFFICE
Outline
An office building in Imabari. The depth of the louvers covering the entire perimeter of the building is set in several patterns according to the orientation and the internal program. The structure is a steel-framed outframe with columns and seismic damping braces to realize a column-free space. The space surrounding the office is set up as a multi-purpose place (park), and a slope is built around the atrium to gently connect each floor.
