Outline
Reconstruction plan of the decayed Shimizu Cultural Center. A cultural facility consisting of a large and a small hall, a gallery, and so on. As a PFI project, Shimizu Bunka Jigyo Support Corporation (a special purpose company) will be responsible for everything from the design and construction of the facility to its maintenance, management and operation. After completion, the ownership of the facility will be transferred to the city, and the special-purpose company will be responsible for maintenance, management, and operation.
