YOKOHAMA MITSUI BUILDING

Outline
As the flagship tower of Mitsui Fudosan in the Yokohama area, the building is a combination of office, commercial, and museum space, with a design that expresses Yokohama's unique character based on the keywords of "waves, wind, and sails. The exterior of the building has vertical stripes of aluminum-ribbed panels and Low-E glass to achieve a PAL value of 189, while the triangular-shaped mullions create a bright interior that makes effective use of the incident light.
