- Part of the "Nakano City of Four Seasons," which is being developed around the former site of Nakano Police Academy. The 22-story building complex includes offices, shops and a hall. The shops on the lower floors are spaced apart and connect the park to the office lobby. The north façade of the high-rise overlooking the park has a full-height glass screen that harmonizes with the park landscape.
