TODA BUILDING AOYAMA

Outline
Toda Corporation plans, designs, constructs, manages and operates this tenant building in an integrated manner. The building is equipped with transmissive photovoltaic panels on the double-skin curtain wall on the west façade and a radiant air-conditioned ceiling system in the second-floor offices, reducing CO2 emissions to 40.6% of those of an average conventional office building. The building was the first small-to-medium-sized tenant office building to receive a CASBEE S rank.
