RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX STOCK RENEWAL AT KANGETSUKYO

Outline
This is a project to partially renovate a housing complex that is more than 50 years old. The number of units is reduced from 540 to 400 by moving residents from some of the buildings to be demolished to the existing buildings. Of the 400 units, 100 vacant units are to be renovated. The project will be carried out in collaboration with private companies from design to marketing.
