- Redevelopment of the Futako-Tamagawa Station East District. New commercial facilities, offices, and residences were constructed, and at the same time, the traffic flow lines in the surrounding area were improved and the existing commercial facilities were linked. The Galleria, a large space 20 meters wide and 30 meters high, connects the station to the transportation plaza.
