Kazuya Morita Architecture Studio
- Outline
- The corner side of a 100-year-old townhouse with two rows of townhouses was renovated. prior to the renovation, the house was a "weaver's house" with a workshop at the rear of the first floor, and as it had deteriorated, structural and thermal insulation reinforcement and soundproofing measures were implemented. the first floor is a clear space with a concrete earthen floor surrounding a wooden floor on the north side of the center to flexibly adapt to changes in living conditions.
