Outline
The building is a mixed structure with a concrete core in the central vertical direction of the 9-grid and in the southwest and northeast directions of the first floor, and a wooden structure on top of it. The building is set back from the southeast and southwest sides of the neighboring house, and has horizontal continuous windows on the first and second floors, so that all directions are treated equally.
