The house is built on a triangular site located at the corner of a Y-shaped intersection, set back 2m from the road boundary. An external staircase and balcony run around the east and west sides of the house, and a spiral staircase is located in the south corner. The east wall, which is the longest side of the triangular plane, has the maximum opening to secure the view to the adjacent Fukadaike Park, while the remaining west and north walls are used for furniture, kitchen and bathroom.
