This complex consists of a printing factory, logistics warehouse, offices, commercial facilities, a hall, a hotel, and a museum on a 40,000m2 site of the former Tokorozawa Sewage Treatment Center. We aimed to create a lively space by connecting the central parkway of Higashi Tokorozawa Park on the east side with the plaza and terrace on the second floor level. On the left is the main building, which houses offices and a printing factory, and on the right is the Kadokawa Musashino Museum.
