NAITO ARCHITECT & ASSOCIATES
Outline
The reconstruction of the city hall of Hyuga City, Miyazaki Prefecture, for which proposals were submitted in 2013 and selected. The project is related to the city planning that started in 2002 around Hyuga City Station, including Hyuga City Station (0805). The concept of "five pools (sun, wind, green, water, and people)" was inherited from the city planning, and "citizens' terraces" were built around the four sides of the building.
