The satellite office of the Tokyo headquarters of Nikken Sekkei Ltd. is located in the Palaceside Building, which was built over 50 years ago by Nikken Sekkei Ltd. The building consists of Knowledge Garden 809, which serves as the entrance to the building and is used for a variety of purposes, including holding events and meetings, and a workplace where staff members work.
