New building for the Department of Art Science, newly constructed at Osaka University of Arts in 2017. The building stands at the northern end of the campus ("Naniwa Geijutsu Daigaku", this journal 6606), which was planned on a small hill by Takahashi靗一. The slab, which undulates like a hill, creates a continuous space with the landscape, interacting with the slope and the topography leading to the new building.
