This 180-meter-long complex includes a children's school, a hotel, a café, and other facilities, and is located on the site of the former tracks of the Tokyu Toyoko Line, which were demolished underground in 2013. "It will be connected to the promenade along the Shibuya River, which was developed through a public-private partnership that began with Shibuya Stream, and aims to become a starting point for the revitalization of the area between Shibuya and Daikanyama by adding cafes and other facilities on the lower floors.
