This office building is located adjacent to Hibiya Park. The top floors offer views of Hibiya Park and the greenery of the Imperial Palace, and the entire building is designed to make the most of the greenery with plantings and borrowed views of the surrounding green space. A through passage and garden promenade are provided on the ground floor, allowing people to come and go from adjacent buildings. Reconstruction project of the former Naga Bank Building.
