This is a large-scale mixed-use redevelopment project of approximately 3.1 hectares, positioned as the fourth phase of the Otemachi Chain-type Redevelopment Project. Facing the front of Tokyo Station's Nihonbashi Exit, the project is a coordinated redevelopment project at the nexus of multiple areas. The project is also characterized by the renewal of urban infrastructure, such as sewage pumping stations and substations, while they are still in operation.
