As the third project in the Otemachi Chain-type Redevelopment Project, which promotes the continuous reconstruction of buildings, this building was constructed on the site of the former Japan Finance Corporation Building and the Development Bank of Japan Headquarters Building. Between the second and third projects, a total of 12 meters, 6 meters from each private property, was converted into a pedestrian space and opened to the community as a district facility in the district plan.
