A seven-unit rental row house in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture. External spaces such as pilotis, balconies, and staircases are interspersed three-dimensionally in the volume determined by the sky-ratio. The pilotis, which are used as parking spaces, and the private staircase have no boundaries, attempting to obscure the area.
