As part of the reconstruction support for the areas affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake, the LVMH Group sponsored this facility to provide children with opportunities for independent study and artistic activities. It was built on a site facing two roads owned by the city of Soma. The circular plan allows access from multiple directions.
