The first high-rise building over 100 meters high in the Shinjuku East Exit area, built on the site of the former Koma Theater, a symbol of Kabukicho. It has one of the largest cinema complexes in Tokyo and a 1,000-room hotel. In line with the city's reorganization plan, the trees lining Central Road, which connects the building to Yasukuni Street, have been replanted, and the LED lights on the building walls and the Central Road gate will be lit in tandem.
