- This is the fourth phase of the residential experiment for NEXT21, an experimental housing complex owned by Osaka Gas. In order to renovate the units, a competition was held for developers of condominiums to submit proposals for "the housing of 2020" that were realistic and reflected the needs of the times. The proposal for Unit 404 is for a small group of multiple households to live together and support each other.
