THE OTEMACHI TOWER

- Surrounded by Otemachi Station on five subway lines, this skyscraper complex has six basement levels, 38 stories above ground, a height of approximately 200 meters, and a total floor area of approximately 200,000 square meters. It houses offices, hotels and commercial facilities. An approximately 3,600 m2 green space (Otemachi Forest), equivalent to one-third of the entire site, has been created as a natural forest on the extension of Naka-dori Avenue, a bustling regional axis. At the time of reconstruction, an underground passageway connecting the Tozai Line and Marunouchi Line was also constructed.
