NISEKO CHOMIN CENTER

Outline
This is the town's assembly facility, which was renovated from the former town center in Niseko, Hokkaido. A two-story, 700m2 addition was constructed, including a multipurpose hall on the north side of the building and a small hall on the south side. The building frame was insulated externally to improve performance. As a result of seismic diagnosis, the Is value of the structural frame was significantly higher than the standard value of 0.675, which indicates sufficient seismic performance.
